Infrastructure in Thailand
With a budget of 56 billion euro, the country's infrastructure have been renovated. Most has been invested in the transport system in urban areas, in public transport and in the energy sector. The Thailand telephone network is not well developed. Especially in rural areas, where you have to wait a long time for a telephone connection. Therefore, the use of cell is widespread. However, only 12% of the population uses the Internet, most of them living in the capital Bangkok.
