With europacco, you receive your shipping invoice conveniently and clearly. Below you will find all the important information regarding your invoice as well as answers to frequently asked questions.
How do I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be automatically sent via email to the address provided at the time of booking by the 15th of the following month. Please check your inbox regularly, including your spam folder.
In what format is the invoice provided?
All europacco invoices are issued in PDF format. For Italian companies required to use electronic invoicing, the original invoice is transmitted in XML format via the "Sistema di Interscambio" (SDI). Additionally, these customers receive a copy of the invoice in PDF format via email. For private customers and foreign business clients not subject to electronic invoicing, the PDF invoice copy received via email is considered the original.
How can I change my billing address?
The billing address can be modified directly during the ordering process. Please ensure that the payer is also the invoice recipient. In general, the invoice recipient can also be a third party, meaning not necessarily the sender or recipient of the shipment. A billing address change after payment has been completed is only possible with significant administrative effort. europacco.com reserves the right to charge additional administrative fees for this service.
I haven’t received my invoice – what should I do?
If you have not received your invoice, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder.
- Ensure that the provided email address is correct.
- If the invoice is still missing, please contact our customer service.
Are consolidated invoices available for business customers?
Yes, business customers have the option to receive a consolidated invoice. This option can be selected before payment. Instead of receiving a separate invoice for each shipment, a monthly invoice summarizing all shipments is issued. This option is also available for private customers, who can select the "consolidated invoice" option just before completing payment.
What tax-related information does the invoice contain?
Our invoices include all legally required information, including:
- Your registered billing address
- The billing details of europacco.com
- A detailed breakdown of the services provided
- The composition of net amounts and the separately listed VAT (if applicable)
